Courtney Reasnor, M.Ed., Licensed Professional Counselor

Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor who takes a holistic approach to counseling by focusing on client’s emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual well-being. She has experience working with children and adults that struggle with depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, ADHD, and interpersonal issues. She works with clients by providing encouragement and assisting clients in the change of their cognitive perspectives. Courtney enjoys working with children, from preschool age through adolescence, by engaging them in play and/or activities that foster positive coping skills. Whether children are struggling with emotional or behavioral issues, her goal is to help them improve self regulation and their capacity to connect with others. She provides Child-Parent Relationship Therapy to families that want to strengthen the parent-child bond and improve family communication and interactions. She strives to help parents understand the goal of their child’s misbehavior and learn more effective ways of responding to their child’s needs.

Courtney Reasnor earned her Masters degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas, where she focused on play therapy with children. She has provided counseling services to families throughout the community in daycare, school, and home settings.
